This page sets out, in one place, how PM Solutions Hub handles text messaging — who receives messages, how consent is obtained, and how to stop them. It supplements Section 2 of our Privacy Policy.
Consent is never a condition of purchase. You can be a client, receive a quote, or book an appointment without agreeing to receive SMS.
Who sends the messages
Messages are sent by PM Solutions Hub, or by our contractor client using a number we provision on their behalf. The sender is identified in the first message of any new conversation.
How consent is obtained
- Website form: a separate, unchecked opt-in box on our contact form, or on a client's site, with the consent language shown next to it. The box is never pre-ticked and submitting the form does not require ticking it.
- Verbally, on a call: where you tell us or our client that we may text you. The request and your answer are logged.
- Third-party lead platforms: where you submitted an enquiry through Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Facebook Lead Ads or similar, and that platform's terms authorise contact by SMS.
- As a client: when you sign up for a service plan and agree to our Terms of Service.
What you will receive
Message frequency varies. Message types include: initial response to your enquiry, follow-up messages, appointment reminders and confirmations, status updates, and service notifications. Typically up to 5 messages within the first 72 hours of a new enquiry, plus further messages as needed for booked appointments.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. Opt-out is processed immediately and you will receive a single confirmation message. After that, no further marketing or follow-up messages are sent. Transactional messages tied to an active appointment may continue unless you ask us to remove you entirely.
Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or phone calls. To stop those, email pierce@pmsolutionshub.com or say so on any call.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message, email pierce@pmsolutionshub.com, or call (610) 741-9414.
Costs and carriers
Standard message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We support messaging on all major U.S. carriers.
Data handling
Phone numbers and message content collected for SMS purposes are never sold, and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. They are used only to operate the service you contacted us about. Numbers that opt out are suppressed across our system, including for the contractor on whose behalf the message was sent.
